The more digital zoom you take the more noise the image result.
Both Amcrest and Lorex offer night vision feature, Amcrest with its 4xIR LEDs can illuminate object at distance up to 300 ft, far enough to monitor your property at night. Lorex features an ultra-low light sensitive image sensor and therefore does not feature Infra-Red LEDs, it needs ambient light to produce image. No light or completely darkness, it doesn’t work.
