Annke offers affordable IP security cameras, so does Reolink. How good Annke vs Reolink compare?
When the budget is limited, then the choice of a product will always be associated with an affordable price and certainly with the hope that the product has a spec as good as products from other big vendors whose prices are more expensive. Likewise our business needs for security cameras, with a limited budget you can consider the security cameras offered by Annke or Reolink. Both Annke and Reolink provide security camera products at affordable prices compared to products from other big brands.
How Does Annke Vs Reolink Compete?
We will select several flagship products from each of Reolink and Annke and compare them which of the two models is worth considering for your security camera needs.
1. Annke vs Reolink Color Night Vision Camera
One of the new products released by Annke is the Annke NCA500 full color night vision camera as an add-on camera for your DVR system. We will compare it with one of the Reolink products which can also provide color night vision, the Reolink Lumus.
Camera type
For those of you who need continuous live view, the annke nca500 is perfect, but this camera is an analog model. You need a recorder unit (DVR) from annke or any compatible one. To connect the camera to the recorder unit (DVR) you need a coaxial cable with a BNC connection. So it can’t stand alone.
Compare this product with Reolink Lumus, which can connect directly to your home wifi network with a wifi connection.

Resolusi
Another difference is the camera resolution; indeed the Annke NCA500 provides a resolution of up to 5mp @ 30 fps. Compare it with Reolink Lumus which is only 2mp @ 15 fps. Annke nca500 is very good with 130db wdr feature which Lumus doesn’t have. Please see in more detail the differences between the two products on the following spec comparison table.

The higher frame rate the smoother the video perform, typically the real time speed is @30 fps. See also Reolink vs Lorex 8 channel NVR system which consists of D800 cameras.
Another advantage offered by Annke is the use of Sony Starvis image sensor and EXIR infrared that can provide clearer night vision than others, and you can still record colors in low light conditions up to 0.01Lux in ambient light conditions. See also Starvis color night vision security camera.
