In this Article:

Obsbot meet series

With the introduction of Obsbot tiny series which is arguable brand new in webcam products, obsbot adds another series with two editions, Meet 4k edition and Meet 1080p edition. Both series are still relies on its superiority with the ai-based auto frame and auto-track features.

There will always be attempts to compare the new comer of webcam product to well known logitech webcam. It seems to me that comparing this new meet series to logitech brio is a good thing to discuss below.

Obsbot Tiny vs Meet Series

So what is the difference between the previous Obsbot tiny series and this new Meet series? The main apparent difference is physical appearance. the Tiny series come with magnetic base and two-axis gimbal to allow the webcam to pan horizontally ±160° and tilt vertically ±90°. This Tiny with its popular auto tracking feature is ideal for online study, a teacher with the students learning online, or video streaming for product introductions, online cook with your chef, etc.

On the other hand, obsbot meet series doesn’t feature ptz like the tiny series to track and follow you as you move to and fro in front of the webcam.

AI-based features

As contrast to the Tiny with ptz feature that works with ai-based auto tracking feature, the meet series doesn’t feature auto tracking since they don’t come with two-axis gimbal for ptz features. So that’s why meet series don’t feature ai-based auto tracking but ai-based auto frame.

The meet features three ai-based auto frame modes when it comes with single person, either landscape close-up, upper-body or portrait modes. The best thing when it comes to have a group of two or three people for video conference call meeting, the webcam will auto frame to cover all the people on the frame. When one person leaves the room, the webcam will automatically zoom in to only cover two people. The webcam will zoom in and out as meeting participants come and leave.

So with obsbot tiny series is ideal for small groups of three or four online video conference meeting. This product becomes one of best webcam for conference room with affordable price in the market with its ai-based auto tracking feature.

Logitech added two other brio series, logitech brio 500 series and brio 505 series. Both are actually the same products; however brio 500 is for consumers while brio 505 is for business. So actually there are three series of brio, brio 4k ultra, brio 500, and brio 505 for business.
